Carter Medical Clinic has been serving Altus, OK, and the surrounding Southwest Oklahoma area since 2005. Our practice consists of Dr. Carter, Beth Barber, APRN-CNP, two clinical nurses, a phlebotomist, and a great support team at the front desk and behind the scenes.
